Welcome to Soleil Tans. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at soleiltans.net (the “Site”) and the purchase or use of our services, memberships, and products (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site or our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use certain services (or have parental consent where applicable).
1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or using the Site.
1.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Services, Memberships & Payment
2.1 Memberships: We offer tiered membership plans (e.g. unlimited, single-service, etc.), subject to the terms described in our Pricing page.
2.2 Billing: Membership fees are billed on the 1st of each month (or as otherwise specified).
2.3 No refunds for unused services: As stated in your billing FAQ, we do not refund for services you did not use.
2.4 Cancellation: To cancel your membership, you must submit the request online by the 20th of the month for it to take effect at month’s end. Requests after the 20th will incur one additional billing cycle.
2.5 Freeze/hold: You may freeze your membership (temporarily pause) under the conditions posted (provided no past due balance).
2.6 Changes: We reserve the right to modify service offerings, pricing, and these Terms at any time, with notice via the Site or email.
3. Use of Services & Safety
3.1 You agree to follow all safety instructions, guidelines, and rules in use of UV beds, spray booths, spa equipment, etc.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates safety rules or poses a risk to themselves or others.
3.3 You acknowledge tanning and spa services may carry health risks; you use them at your own discretion and warrant that you are not contraindicated medically.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 The content on the Site (design, text, graphics, images, logos, etc.) is owned or licensed by Soleil Tans.
4.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soleil Tans is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
5.2 We make no guaranty that the Site will always be available or error-free.
5.3 Any representations or warranties beyond those stated in these Terms or required by law are disclaimed.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
6.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the state(s) or jurisdiction(s) where our business is registered / operates (you’ll want to specify your head office’s jurisdiction).
6.2 Disputes will be resolved in the courts (or via arbitration) located in that jurisdiction.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
