Membership & Billing

How Can I Freeze My Account?
  1. Submit a Freeze Request: Complete the freeze request form available on our website here.
  2. Deadline: Requests must be submitted by the last day of the month prior to the month you wish to freeze.
  3. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation once your request has been processed.

Automatic billing occurs on the 1st day of every month. Please ensure your payment information is up-to-date to avoid service interruptions.

The automatic billing date is fixed on the 1st of the month and cannot be changed.

To update your billing information or make a payment:

Online: Log in to your account and navigate to the billing section to update your card information.

In-Person: Visit any of our salon locations for assistance.

Contact Us: Reach out through our contact form for support or call us at 1-888-SOLEIL1.

Please do not send sensitive payment information via email or the contact form.

To create a membership account with Soleil Tans:

  • Online: Visit our membership page and follow the instructions to sign up.
  • In-Person: Stop by any of our salon locations, and our friendly staff will assist you.

To change your current membership to a different plan:

Visit Our Salon: Speak with a staff member at any of our locations to explore available membership options

Contact Us: Reach out via our contact form for assistance.

Online Account: Log in to your member portal on our website and edit your profile.

In-Person: Request assistance from staff at any salon location.

If your payment is declined:
You’ll receive a notification via email or phone.

  • Please update your payment information promptly to avoid service disruptions.
  • If you need assistance, contact our billing department through the contact form.
  • Declined payments will incur a $10 service fee. 
 
 

All changes must be made by the day before your draft date.

To cancel your membership:

Submit a Cancellation Request: Use our contact form to submit your cancellation.

  1. Deadline: Cancellations must be submitted by the 20th of the month to be effective for the next month.
  2. Important Note: Cancellations are not accepted in person at any of our locations.

If you request to cancel your membership after the 20th of the month:

You are still responsible for payment for the following month.

  • Your cancellation will take effect after the next billing cycle.

Do I Need an Appointment?

We currently accept walk-in services.  We don’t offer scheduled appointments.

  • 18 Years and Older: Clients aged 18 and above can use UV tanning services without restrictions.
  • UV Tanning for Minors 17-Year-Old Guests: Require parental accompaniment for the first visit. The parent must accompany the minor on the first visit to sign the agreement, granting permission.

We recommend tanning one to two times a week to maintain your desired color. Always allow adequate time between sessions for your skin to rest.

  • Shower and Exfoliate: Remove dead skin cells for a more even tan.
  • Avoid Barriers: Do not wear makeup,  moisturizers, or perfumes, as these can create a barrier on the skin.
  • Protective Eyewear: Always wear FDA-compliant protective eyewear during your session.

Do I need an appointment?

We currently accept walk-in services.  We don’t offer scheduled appointments.

Spray Tanning for Minors (Ages 14-17): Guests aged 14-17 may spray tan with parental consent. The parent must accompany the minor on the first visit to sign the agreement, granting permission.

A spray tan typically lasts between 5 to 10 days, with the average being 7 days, depending on your skin type and how often you moisturize. Proper preparation, aftercare, and using spray-friendly products can help extend the life of your tan.

  • Exfoliate and Shave: For optimal result the day before your appointment, exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin cells and shave any areas as needed.
  • Avoid Lotions and Oils: Do not apply lotions, deoderants, oils, perfumes, or products that may leave a residue on your skin before your session unless you use one of our mri intellegent tanning lotions that are spray tan friendly.

  • Avoid Lotions and Perfumes: These can interfere with the therapy.
  • Set Goals: Decide whether you want to focus on relaxation, muscle recovery, or another benefit.
