Our Guest Service team can be reached at 1-888-SOLEIL1 press number 4 to reach our team. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am-6pm. You can also email our Guest Service team at cs@soleiltans.net with your questions or concerns.

We do not offer refunds for services that are not used. When you are on a monthly membership, you are responsible for paying your dues each month regardless of whether you choose to utilize the service.

We bill on the 1st of the month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment date will not change.
