The billing account can be changed by visiting any Soleil Tans location, going online to manage your account or calling our guest service team.
No, the draft date is the 1st of every month for all Soleil locations and its members.

We do not offer refunds for services that are not used. When you are on a monthly membership, you are responsible for paying your dues each month regardless of whether you choose to utilize the service.
We bill on the 1st of the month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment date will not change.
You can freeze, upgrade, or downgrade your membership anytime until the last day of the month.
Freeze/Cancel
Yes, your monthly membership rate stays at our monthly membership price after reactivating your membership. The only time it would change, is if you cancel your membership.
A request must be submitted to Soleil Tans online by clicking on the Contact tab at the top right of our website and selecting Manage Membership then follow the instructions listed to get secure access and manage your account. Requests will be honored once minimum auto bills have occurred. See specific terms to your agreement below Requests in-person, or on past due accounts will not be honored. It is your responsibility to submit a cancellation request. Failure to submit a request if unable to use services, regardless of circumstances, does not constitute a refund. Only the primary account holder is permitted to make account changes. The account must not have a past-due balance to submit a cancel or freeze request. All cancellation requests must be submitted online by end of business day on the 20th of the month to take effect on the last day of the current month. One additional payment will be auto-debited the following month for requests submitted after the 20th of the current month and effective on the last day of the next month. All sessions, discounts, In-store Account Credit (ISA), and unlimited services expire at the end of the last month and will not be extended. Your membership cannot be frozen or owe any fees. Your request must be made no later than the 20th day of the current month. Any requests received after the 20th of the month will not be effective until the following month.

You can freeze your membership indefinitely to secure our existing membership pricing and to avoid incurring the enrollment fee. During this period, we will charge a $5 monthly fee to your credit card on file that will be accumulated in your in-store account as Soleil Bucks. Soleil Bucks can be used to purchase products.
The last date to freeze your membership is the last day of the month.
No, there is no enrollment fee to resume your services. Your membership will be reactivated based upon a pro-rated reactivation price, which is determined by the day you reactivate. We make it easy to come back anytime you’re ready!
Guest Services
Our insurance will not allow us to have unattended children under the age of 12 waiting in our stores. Well-behaved children 12 and older are welcome to wait while you tan.
The skin care product must be returned within seven 7 days of purchase. The product must be new & unused to exchange for its purchase price. It will be exchanged for in-store credit for another product.
Session packages are a group of services purchased in advance that expire 6 months from the date they were purchased.
In NJ anyone 14- 17 can spray tan with parental consent. Your parent must be present for the initial visit to sign the consent form. In NJ you must be 17 with parental consent to use a sun bed or sun booth.
Yes! Every one of our store locations is open from 9am until 9pm during the week and from 10am until 6pm on the weekends! We do close for major holidays, and inclement weather.
If you believe that you have lost something while in our store, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to search our lost & found for the item you are looking for. You can either call or visit the store to inquire about the item.
Under State and federal law, you are not allowed to have any other person in the room with you when you are using any of our services. This includes children. We do enforce these laws as requested, and apologize for any inconvenience
Yes. Federal law prohibits anyone from tanning more than once within 24 hours. We have both legal and software restrictions that will not allow us to tan you again until the next day. Keep in mind that your skin tans better when you skip at least a day or two in between sessions. Be patient, your skin will thank you by not burning.

If you have never tanned with us before, you will need to bring a government picture ID with you. If you are under 18, you will need to bring a parent with you. We require you to provide a credit/debit card on file if you plan to sign up for a monthly membership.
For the safety of our guests and our team, Soleil Tans may close during inclement weather. Hours of operation notifications will be posted on social media and our telephone systems will be updated accordingly. Any sessions that were to expire will be extended one day.

State and federal law both require that you wear proper protective eyewear when tanning. Your eyelids are too thin to block out UV rays, and they can penetrate a towel, so it doesn’t help to just cover your eyes.
When I went in to tan, I was told it was important. Certain products that work well when tanning outside do not work well in the beds. Lotions or oils that are particularly greasy or oily will cause a film on the tanning acrylic that impairs your tanning and damages the acrylic. It is also important to switch up your lotion to continually stimulate your skin and enhance your results.
